- We accept returns within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.

Condition of Products:
- Items must be in their original condition, without signs of use, washed, or damaged.
- They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Exceptions:
- Personalized Items: We only accept returns or exchanges of personalized items if they have defects, damage, are incomplete, or incorrect.
- Gifts: If the product was given as a gift, we only accept exchanges, upon presentation of the gift receipt or invoice/email confirmation from the person who gave the product.
Return Process

Start the Return Request:

- Select the corresponding order and click on "Request Return".
- After approval, we will send a return label to the email registered in the account.

Response Time:
- All return requests will be reviewed and answered within 3 working days.

Return Cost:
- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- We will send the return label, and the cost of this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (cost varies depending on the country and the size of the box used for the return, so we cannot set a fixed cost for all returns immediately).

Sending the Product:
- After receiving the label, the customer must send the product back within 5 working days.

Refunds
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned product and notification of resolution.

Refunded Amount:
- Includes only the value of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will be refunded only if the reason for the return is the responsibility of Mariaida Home (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

- We are not responsible for returns sent without the label provided by Mariaida Home.
