- They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

- Personalized Items : We only accept returns or exchanges of personalized items if they are defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
- Offers : If the product was offered as a gift, we only accept exchanges upon presentation of the gift receipt or invoice/confirmation email from the person who offered the product.

- After approval, we will send a return label to the email registered on the account.

- All return requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days .

Return Cost :
- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- We will send you the return label, and the cost of this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (the cost varies depending on the country and the size of the box used for the return, not allowing us to immediately define a fixed cost for all returns).

Refunds
