Spicy organic olive oil with a pepper flavor. The oil is extra virgin and made from Correggiolo olives. We mainly use this oil as a flavor enhancer, always accessible at the table. It is excellent for drizzling on pizzas, pasta, and risottos, but also suitable for adding to stews or sauces. It provides a pleasant spicy touch to the dish without overpowering the other flavors.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place, at room temperature and with the cork in place.

Recycling: Must be separated at source as glass packaging. Cork as metal.
