I – WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment can be made via: MBWay, Credit/Debit Card, Multibanco Reference, Multibanco Transfer, Gift Card, Paypal or Apple Pay. You can also use Klarna for your purchases.

II – HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The order takes between 24 to 72 hours to be delivered (business days), unless extraordinary circumstances occur.
Personalized items and table towels may take between 5 to 21 business days.

III – CAN YOU TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?
If you want to know the status of your order, you should request the Tracking Number from our team via Whatsapp or message +351912101315, via Instagram @mariaidahome or by email, geral@mariaida-home.com. At the time of shipping your order, in the cases of Portugal and Spain, you will receive a message with the respective tracking and expected delivery date. For orders outside Portugal and Spain, the notification is sent by email.

IV – WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED FOR ORDER DELIVERY?
There will be 3 delivery attempts and if no one is at the indicated address, the order will be returned. Before the order is returned, MRW contacts the sender to schedule a new delivery. If the order is returned, reshipping it will incur new shipping costs.

V – MISTAKE IN NAME AND/OR ADDRESS.

VI – HOW TO EXCHANGE ONLINE PURCHASES?
You can exchange item(s) within a maximum period of 14 days and must contact our team who will arrange the collection of the item(s).
The order must be in perfect condition.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in certain cases. Consult the exchange and return policies for more detailed information.

VII – CAN YOU RETURN AN ORDERED ITEM?
You can return item(s) within a maximum period of 14 days and must contact our team who will arrange the collection of the item(s), and you will receive a voucher for the value of the order. If the item is a personalized item (towels/sheets/napkins/placemats made to measure or items embroidered with names/initials/monograms), returns are not accepted unless there is a problem with the order unrelated to the buyer.
