How can I join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in various ways!
- Making purchases - for every € you spend, earn 1 point;
- Subscribing to the Newsletter;
- Writing reviews;
- Among others;
How can I exchange my points?
Select the Exchange Points tab. Here you will find all available rewards. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a reward.
Is there any limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. You can accumulate as many points as you can.
What do the states approved, pending, and canceled mean?
Approved: These points can be exchanged for rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before they can be exchanged. This usually applies to purchases and recommendations.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this happens if you cancel a purchase (the points go from pending to cancelled).
